Japanese grain trader, Hunt Oil pairing up in $1.3 billion deal in Eagle Ford Shale play

It's not just foreign oil companies that are making billion-dollar invesments in U.S. shale-gas and shale-oil fields. A Japanese grain-trading company is now betting big on the Eagle Ford Shale play in South Texas by entering into a $1.3 billion deal with Dallas-based Hunt Oil.
